Ash and his brother was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick at what they do I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Had my Xbox HDMI port swapped and put back together with in an hour! Gave it a clean too with a free bit of thermal paste. 10/10 service.

What a great repair company. My ROG Ally had a major fault. Techfix repaired the board and it’s back up and running. Totally recommend.

Mail in repair: had an accident with a rog ally and essentially ripped the power connector straight off the board along with three pads 😓

I have used Techfix twice this year for my Xbox series X - hdmi socket needed fixing and my power supply needed replacing recently . I used Techfix this week as the optical drive on my Series X needed replacing. I emailed an enquiry on Tuesday afternoon and had a response almost immediately from Ashley. I was able to arrange a drop-in repair for Thursday, and the job was completed in about an hour, and now my XBox is again able to read all the discs it was complaining about.
I was really impressed by the service, I'll definitely be using Techfix again for any repairs of this nature (I've some older consoles that will likely need capacitors replaced soon, if not already), and I've already passed on a recommendation to someone else on Bluesky.

Had a steam deck that died due to a dodgy battery. The problem was assessed, quoted repaired and returned within a week. My Steam Deck spent longer in the post than it did in the workshop!

Looked all over for someone to diagnose and repair my steam deck locally. No one was willing to fix torn pads on the pcb. After doing some googling, I found this shop.(albeit over 200 miles away). Luckly after reaching out to the owner he was adamant that he could fix it. So I sent the device off to him. He had it for just over a week and it was fixed.
Overall great customer service, very informative about what repairs had to be done.
He has saved me time and money instead of sending the device back the valve and waiting weeks/months for it back.
